Meaning, the perfumes are designed with your aroma of worship in mind. Who you are and how you pour out to God in worship is what these perfumes are all about.. Payments accepted are Company Check, Money Orders, Cashier Check or Personal Check. Please make sure your license number is clearly written on the top of the check. A $45.00 fee will be added to all returned checks.

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination by calling 1-330-479-9488. If you wish to redeem a gift certificate, please call the number listed with your certificate number. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online.

Expedited shipping and special handling instructions are available at an additional cost. Please call 1-330-479-9488 for a line quote. Our standard method of shipping is US Postal. Alabaster Oils Inc. reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules. Certain products will incur additional shipping charges.

Overnight delivery is available to most domestic U.S. zip codes for an additional surcharge. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 1:00 pm on EST Monday –Friday. Order placed by 1:00 pm EST on Friday will arrive on the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested. Saturday delivery is available at an additional $25.00 in addition to the priority overnight shipping charge per address.

Alabaster Oils Inc. takes 4 weeks for normal delivery. If ordering a Prayer Mantel it will take 4 weeks for delivery unless ordering as a rush order. Rush orders take 48 hours to turn around. Rush orders on Alabaster Oils and Prayer Mantles will incur an additional charge of $25.00.

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pickup the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All oversized item charges apply.

All custom orders are non-returnable.

Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that sometimes there will be occasional defective or damaged unit that you should not have received. Within the first 14 days of the date you received your order we will be happy to replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you.
